Ingredients
- 20 g parlsey
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 175 g spaghetti
- 50 ml olive oil
- 8 g salt per liter of cooking water
- 50 ml of water
Method
- Bring garlic to a boil in fresh water. Repeat 4 times
- Make an emulsion of garlic, water and oil
- Put emulsion into your pan. Add parsley and cayenne pepper
- Once pasta is cooked, add to the pan and mantecare
