Ingredients
- 350 ml apple vinegar
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp Maldon salt
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric
- 8 tbsp sugar
- Half an onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 Persian cucumbers
Methods
- Cut onion into rings and crush and peel garlic
- Combine vinegar, spices, sugar, onion and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let cool to room temp before use
- Slice cucumbers, hit it with salt and massage that in to get rid of the cucumber water
- Put cucumber slices in a jar and fill it with your pickling liquid
