Ingredients
- 5 parts butter
- 2 parts water
- Salt
Method
- Melt 3/4 of the butter in the water on medium heat
- Keep the remaining 1/4 butter in the fridge
- Add salt the mix
- Make sure the butter liquid is very close to boiling before adding the remaining 1/4
- With a hand blender, blend the remaining 1/4 butter bit by bit into the liquid until it emulsifies
