Ingredients
125 g buckwheat flour
1 eggs
1/2 tbsp. neutral oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
250 ml water
Butter
Method
Mix everything but water in a bowl
Gradually add water to the mix to prevent lumps.
Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 2 hours
